 About VA Vigilante Inc.

VA Vigilante, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping veterans in need. VA Vigilante, Inc. was founded by veteran and Attorney David Russotto. David served in the navy from 1986 to 1991 where he was an attorney with the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, until moving on to private practice.

“For years I read about veterans who were struggling with many disabilities as they returned from combat in the Middle East. The struggles were exacerbated by a VA system that was clearly failing in its mission to provide benefits to disabled Vets. As Navy Vets ourselves, my law partner Don Marcari and I decided it was time for us to find a way to help. So five years ago we decided to create a full time Veterans Disability Benefits division at our firm that was dedicated solely to helping Vets,” says David Russotto, managing partner for the Veterans Disability Benefits Department at Marcari, Russotto, Spencer and Balaban Law Firm.
