Sample of Beginner/Intermediate Challenge

Set a buoy 50 meters out from shore.

Race Begins:

Sprint to buoy and back to shore

10 Inch Worm Pushups

Sprint to buoy and back to shore

10 Frog Jumps

Sprint to buoy and back to shore

20 Jump Lunges

Sprint to buoy and back to shore

25 Meter Bear Crawl

Sprint to buoy and back to shore

15 V-Sits

Sprint to buoy and back to shore

Each team member must complete one round.

Are You Ready To Feel The Burn?

Are you curious what PaddleFit is? What the workout consists of? Below are some examples of land, water and a combination of both land and water challenges.
PaddleFit Challenge Turn and Burn Relay Race for Advanced Paddlers

• 4 buoys lined up in a row about 40-50 yards apart.
• Each person sprints to each buoy and does a 360 degree pivot turn, then sprints to the next.
• Each person goes one at a time.
• Perform left shoulder turns and right shoulder turns.
• Each team member must complete 2 Circuits
• Team with the best time wins.
• Three or Four Individuals with the best individual time compete against each other in a separate round for the individual title

Advanced Water Challenge

• 2 buoys in the water 75 meter apart
• One buoy is the exercise buoy and the other is the sprint buoy
• 45 mountain climbers
• Sprint Paddle
• 20 squat jumps
• Sprint Paddle
• 20 push up to plank
• Sprint Paddle
• 10 Leg Lifts
• One knee Sprint (Paddle on kneeling on one knee)
• 15 V- sit-ups
• Prone sprint paddle
• Timed event. Each member of the team must complete one round
